With over a decade of teaching experience, Sophie guides each class with a clear focus on movement, alignment, and breath. Her teaching helps you develop skill, awareness, and confidence—whatever your experience level.

Introduction to Yoga: Breath, Body, and Mind

Beginner-friendly 4‑week course covering breathwork, safe alignment, gentle postures, and the basics of yoga philosophy.

Hatha Yoga

Classical postures, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation for balance, strength, and mental clarity.

Power Yoga

Fast-paced, dynamic flows to build strength, stamina, and flexibility, with an energising boost.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flowing, breath-led sequences linking movement to breath, developing flexibility, strength, and focus.

Yin Yoga
